We can offer you three levels of service depending on your personal needs.
You select the items and/or hire packages from the website, and we will then deliver them to your venue and collect. You will need to make sure somebody is available to receive the hired items and take them from our vehicle to the desired location, you will also be responsible for re-packaging the items and ensuring they have been moved to an agreed collection area, which will be accessible for our vehicle.
The cost for this service will include the hire price of each item, milage, two round trips from our base to the venue, and labour, which is determined on accessibility, and the number and type of items hired.
Hire and Set Up Service
This package offers the additional service of taking all of the items from our vehicle to the desired location within your venue and setting them up to your specification. Whether this is setting up tables and chairs, styling ladders and crates or dressing your wedding tables, everything will be agreed in advance and set up how you have requested. What’s more we will also package up all the hired items after your wedding and take them from your wedding party location to our vehicle.
The cost for this service will include the hire price of each item, milage, two round trips from our base to the venue, labour and set up, which is determined on accessibility, and the number and type of items hired and the set up specification. A price will be quoted prior to a booking.
Hire, Design and Set Up Service
If you are looking for some help to design your wedding decor, whether it is your table setting, ceremony isle or creating the perfect outdoor space, we would love to be involved. Working with your chosen wedding style we can create personalised designs using our hire items that will make your day perfect. We can source those extra little things and we will liaise with your venue and other suppliers to make sure everything comes together perfectly.
The cost of the design is in addition to the above hire and set up service, and as every wedding is individual, it will be dependant on the number of hours required. An estimate can be given based on the venue location, number of guests, the areas you would like us to dress and your wedding style.
How it works; We have an initial design meeting at the cost of £40, which is refundable against the final balance if you book our services - if you are not local this can be done via phone or Skype. After the meeting we will provide you with a detailed plan, a quote and the start of a Pinterest board.
