We are located just outside St Columb Major, Cornwall, TR8 4LT and deliver anywhere in Cornwall. However if you are in Devon then please do contact us as we may be able to help.

Delivery and unloading within 25 miles of TR8 4LT

For deliveries within 25 miles there is a minimum order of £50. In addition to the items hire charges there is a delivery charge of 45p per mile, round trip and a labour charge for unloading.

For Example:

Hire of 60 chairs and 10 tables to St Austell (12 miles from our base)

- Delivery round trip is 24 miles at 45p per mile = £10.80

- Labour cost for unloading (2 people x 30 minutes) = £20.00

- Collection round trip is 24 miles at 45p per mile = £10.80

- Labour cost for reloading (2 people x 30 minutes) = £20.00

Total deliver, unloading, collection and reloading cost = £61.60

Delivery and unloading above 25 miles of TR8 4LT

For deliveries of over 25 miles there is a minimum order of £100. In addition to the items hire charges there is a delivery charge of 45p per mile, round trip and a labour charge for unloading.

For Example:

Hire of 90 chairs, 4 big things and 10 boxes of accessories to St Ives (37 miles from us)

- Delivery round trip is 74 miles at 45p per mile = £33.30

- Labour cost for unloading (2 people x 45 minutes) = £30.00

- Collection round trip is 74 miles at 45p per mile = £33.30

- Labour cost for unloading (2 people x 45 minutes) = £30.00

Total deliver, unloading, collection and reloading cost = £121.60

The cost for delivery, unloading and collection will be confirmed in the initial quote prior to a booking confirmation. Any changes to the items hired after the booking is confirmed may result in an additional charge.

Delivery and Collection points must be pre-arranged and allow for potentially, large vehicle access. Contact details of the person/s taking delivery and returning the items must be given in advance of the hire date.

All items are checked, securely boxed and packaged before being transported to the agreed location in our own vehicle.

On delivery we will check everything with you to ensure the correct items and quantities have been delivered. We ask you to allow up to an hour, depending on the number of items, to go through this process and sign the required paperwork.

Please note that we will only unload the hired items from the vehicle, it is then your responsibility to move them to the desired location, unpack them and set them up. You will need to keep all of the original packaging as all items will need to be repacked ready for collection.

For collection all items must be removed of debris and all decoration, such as flowers, be disposed of. The company is not responsible for gathering and packing hired items and any additional work or delay incurred as a result of an order not being repacked for collection will be charged at an hourly rate of £40.

All items must be returned in their original packaging and if necessary, packed in accordance with the guidelines supplied. Failure to do so may result in breakages and therefore charged against your security deposit. You will be charged for any damaged or lost packing.

The person/s returning the items will need to ensure everything is at the agreed collection point at the pre-arranged time and should allow up to an hour, depending on the number of items hired, to sign the items back over to the company as the condition of the items will need to be checked and agreed.
